    Mit dem Verbindungsaufbau zum Maniac-Irc Network
    werden die folgenden Regeln als verbindlich anerkannt:

Deutsch:
   
  (1) Spam, Werbung, Clones, Flooden, etc. sind verboten.
  (2) Bots sind nur mit Absprache der IrcAdmins erlaubt.
  (3) Die Verbreitung von urheberrechtlich geschuetztem 
      Material ist nicht erlaubt!
  (4) Die kommerzielle Nutzung des Servers wird
      ausdruecklich nur mit schriftlicher Genehmigung erlaubt!
  (5) Maniac-Irc behaelt sich vor ohne Grund User oder Usergruppen 
      auszuschliessen.
  (6) Wer auf den Server connectet, ist einverstanden, bei jedem 
      Verbindungsaufbau zu Maniac-Irc auf offene Proxies/Trojaner 
      gescannt zu werden. Die Verwendung von offenen Proxies ist
      auf Maniac-Irc nicht erlaubt.
  (7) Es gelten die Gesetze von Deutschland.
  (8) Von dem Betreiber des Servers wird keinerlei Verantwortung 
      bezuegl. Verfuegbarkeit und Inhalte des Dienstes uebernommen. 
      Fuer Inhalte sind die Benutzer selber verantwortlich.

  (5) Maniac-Irc may exclude users or usergroups without giving an explicit
      reason.
  (6) Whoever connects to Maniac-Irc, agrees that his machine is scanned for 
      open proxies and trojans (for your own security too). Open proxies are
      forbidden to be used on Maniac-Irc.
  (7) This server is under _German_ law... even if you don't live in Germany.
  (8) The owner and maintainers cannot guarantee availability or usability of
      this irc service. Users are resonsible themselves for whatever they 
      do on Maniac-Irc.
